24x7 Hospitality Technology offers training on point of sale system operations to its partners. While 24x7 can not do partner specific operations training, 24x7 does help managers understand the system, how it works and corrective actions that can be taken for some systems issues.

24-7 provides superior support services for both software and hardware. Our highly trained and experienced technicians are able to remotely assist you in diagnosing and correcting the problem. Call histories are tracked and support clients can request email notification when a ticket is opened and closed.
